1/4 c of olive oil
4 garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
1 lb of Italian sausage ( hot or sweet) or (chicken sausage can be substituted) cut into bite size pieces
1 lb of broccoli rabe, coarsely chopped ( steamed)
1 c of chicken broth
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 lb of orecchiette
Freshly grated Parmigianino - Reggiano

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and stir garlic in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook until done. Remove sausages, cool and slice into 3/4" slices and put back in pan. Then add cooked broccoli rabe to the sausages. Add chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5 - 6 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook orecchiette according to direction on the box. Drain and add orecchiette to the broccoli rabe mixture. Grate Parmigianino reggiano over the dish and enjoy!
