1 head of cabbage
1 lb. ground beef (or a mix of ground beef and ground pork)
1 c. cooked rice
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
salt
pepper
1 can of tomato soup, undiluted

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Steam cabbage leaves until they are tender and pliable. Mix together: ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Grab a handful of ground beef mixture, and squeeze it gently to form a ball, and roll into cabbage leaves. Place seam side down in a greased casserole dish. Pour the can of undiluted tomato soup on top. Bake for 30 minutes, or until ground beef is fully cooked.
