Whole Garlic Bulbs (as many as you want)
Kosher Salt
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cut the tops off of each garlic bulb. Make a nest out of aluminum foil for the bulbs to have a level, stable resting place. Drizzle liberally with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 45 minutes to an hour, until the garlic is brown and very soft. Garlic cloves can be squeezed right out of the bulb like paste.

Use it as a spread for bagel chips and other appetizer. Add it to Alfredo sauce and mashed potatoes. Let your imagination go crazy!
