1 15 ounce can cream-style corn
1/2 cup cracker meal
1 egg
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
2/3 cup milk or cream


Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients. Place in buttered 1 1/2 qt. casserole dish, dot with a little bit of butter and bake in oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for about 10 minutes to finish setting up before serving. Recipe can be doubled, but cooking time will be increased.
