2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 cup sour cream
4-5 T. dry onion soup mix
2 dashes nutmeg
2 t. lemon juice
Dash Tabasco
1/2 cup buttered bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Blend well with the remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs. Pour into buttered, shallow 1-qt. casserole; sprinkle crumbs over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
