1 med head of lettuce, shredded
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red or green pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 pkg (10oz) frozen peas, cooked and drained
2 cups mayonnaise
2 T sugar
2 cups mild shredded cheddar cheese
4 strips bacon, cooked crisp and cut in small pieces
3 boiled eggs

Layer items in order in large bowl.
