Base: 1/4 cup mayo and 1/4 cup sour cream

Basil-dill: 1 tsp wine vinegar, 2 tsp chopped parsley, 2 tsp chopped basil, 2 tsp chopped dill, salt and pepper to taste.

Lemon-parsley; 1 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tsp lemon zest, 1 tbsp chopped parsley

Cucumber-mint: 1/4 cup grated seeded cucumber, 2 tsp chopped mint, 1 tsp wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste

Gorgonzola-garlic: 1/3 cup crumbled gorgonzola/bleu cheese, 1 tsp wine vinegar, 1/4 tsp garlic powder, pepper to taste

Maple-mustard: 2 tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp cider vinegar
