Tomato-basil: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp diced fresh tomato, 1 tbsp. chopped basil, salt and pepper to taste.

Raspberry: 3 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar, pinch of sugar, salt and pepper to taste

Pesto: 1/4 cup olive oil, 2 tbsp wine vinegar, 3 tbsp pesto, salt and pepper to taste

Mix ingredients in a jar and shake well.
