3 3/4 cup crushed strawberries 1/4 cup chopped lime 3 tsp lime zest 3 cups sugar 1 box certo light from pectin crystals
Measure fruit into large bowl, combine pectin crystals with 1/4 cup sugar, add to fruit. Let stand 30 minutes, stirring occassionally, stir remaining sugar gradually into mixture and continue stiring for 3 minutes. Pour into jars, let stand for 24 hours, freeze or store in fridge for up to 3 weeks.
