2 onions, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
3 to 4 minced garlic cloves (to taste)
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup wine
1 tsp italian seasonings
1 tsp dried oregano
freshly ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion, stir in remaining ingredients. When simmering, reduce to low heat. Cook, cover and stir often for 20 to 30 minutes
