1 Tbsp flour
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 minced onion
1/2 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp ground oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Brown 1 pound ground beef until crumbly; drain fat. Add spices and seasonings and 2/3 cup water; mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cook, uncovered, 7 to 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Serve meat filling in taco shells or tortillas.
