6 T. butter
1 small onion, minced
1 T. fresh parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 large orange, chopped
2 C. soft bread crumbs.
1 tsp. salt
2 whole Snapper or Rock Cod (2# each)
1 small can frozed orange juice, defrosted
1/2 large orange, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in microwave safe bowl, cover with waxed paper and heat on High until onion is soft, about 3 minutes.
Remove from oven and add the 1/2 chopped orange and the bread crumbs.
Salt the cavities of the two cleaned fish, place in
microwave safe baking dish and stuff cavities of each with prepared stuffing.
Cover with wax paper and heat on High for 13-15 minutes.
Add 1 defrosted can orange juice. Put sliced 1/2 orange on top.
Heat 3 more minutes on High.
