1 tbsp cornstarch
1 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
1/4 tsp dry mustard or Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 cup grated swiss or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, stir together cornstarch, salt and pepper, mustard. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Add butter, stir constantly, bring to a boil over medium heat and boil 1 minute. Stir in cheese until melted and smooth.
