1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 pkg (250 g) of cream cheese, cubed
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
1 can (398 ml) artichokes, drained and finely chopped
1 lb fresh spinach leaves or 1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
tostadas or tortilla chips

Combine ingredients in slow cooker stoneware. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours, until hot and bubbling. Stir well and serve with tostadas or other tortilla chips.
