1 can (540 ml) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup kernal corn
1 avocado, diced
1 large tomato, finely chopped
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1/4 cup fresh lime/lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp seeded, minced jalapeno pepper
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl, combine beans, corn, avocado, tomato, onion and cilantro. Sprinkle with lime juice, oil, jalapeno pepper and salt; toss lightly. Cover and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
