1 cup creamed corn
1 small can corn niblets
3 eggs separated
1/2 cup milk, brought to a boil
1 1/2 Tbsp flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
casserole dish coated with cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and set aside egg whites at room temperature. Mix flour, sugar and salt with yolks. Stir in a small amount of milk into yolk mixture. Add yolks to the rest of milk. Stir in corn. Pour corn mixture into casserole dish. Beat egg whites. Fold egg whites into corn mixture. Set casserole dish in pan with about 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes until knife comes out clean. Serve immediately.
