14.5 oz can sauerkraut, drained 1 Tbsp caraway seeds 1/4 Tbsp ground cloves 6 lean boned pork chops (about 4 oz each) 4 cups sliced Granny Smith apples 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350.
Arrange sauerkraut evenly in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with caraway seeds and clover. Place pork chops on sauerkraut. Arrange apple slices over pork chops. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour 15 minutes or until pork is tender.
