about 1 cup flour 1 egg 1 tsp salt about 1 Tbsp milk
Mix all ingredients together. Knead on generously floured surface. Roll out dough about 1/4 inch thick. Roll up like jelly roll. Slice noodles about 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide. Unroll noodles and let dry about ˝ hour. To cook boil in salted water or add directly to your homemade soup broth.
