Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Make a well in the centre and add egg, yogurt and water gradually. Mix until a firm dough comes away from the sides. Knead dough on a floured board until it's somewhat elastic. Pinch off pieces a little bigger than a golf ball. Place in a buttered pan, cover with a damp cloth, and let sit for 1 hour. (may be refrigerated for several days at this point).

To cook: pat and pull "dough balls" into thin, 4" diameter circles. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 450'F (230'C) for 10 minutes until puffy and slightly brown. Butter and serve.
