1 pkg. cream cheese, room temp.
1 stick butter, room temp.
1 egg
1 (18oz.) moist chocolate cake mix
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Confectioners sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl with mixer cream the butter and cream cheese until smooth. Beat in the egg then beat in vanilla extract then cake mix. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Roll into tbsp. size balls then roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 12 min. Will still be gooey.
