Ingredients:  
8 large or 10 small tortillia shells
8 oz. cream cheese
onions to taste
4 jalapeno peppers or 1 can green chilies
1/4-1/2 can salsa or taco sauce
1-2 lbs. ham or turkey (shaved)
leaf lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, onion, peppers, and sauce. Divide between shells and spread. Put a layer of lettuce then meat on shell over mixture. Roll. Refrigerate overnight or several hours. Slice to serve.
