1 pkg. yellow cake mix with pudding in mix
1 cup canned pumpkin
3/4 cup (6oz.) egg beaters 100% egg whites
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup nonfat sour cream
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Light whipping cream

Preheat oven to 350. Spray 13x9 baking pan with cooking spray. Combine cake mix, pumpkin, egg beaters, water, sour cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger in large bowl. Beat with electric mixer on low speed just until moistened. Beat on high speed 2 minutes. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 40 minutes or until wooden pick comes out clean. Cool. Cut into 12 squares. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional cinnamon just before serving.
