1/4 lb bacon
2T butter or margerine
2 cups julienne ham or spam
1 8oz pkg spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 c chopped parsley
2 pimentos
3 eggs beaten
2 T olive oil
1 clove garlic pressed (or garlic salt and omit salt)
1/2 t salt
1/3 cup parmesan grated cheese
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup ripe olives (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown bacon in frying pan. Drain, and crumble and reserve. Pour off fat. Add oil, butter, garlic and ham or spam. Saute lightly, add spaghetti, bacon, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well, Turn off heat. Pour eggs over and quickly toss and coat spaghetti evenly. Hot spaghetti will cook the eggs. If cooked to much will be dry. Add olives and pimentos and toss. Serve with garlic bread and salad
