Ingredients:  
Olive Oil to mix with stuffing.
3 Large Green Tomatoes
1/2 c. Bread Crumbs
1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
1/2 c. pork meat....minced or Pancetta.....Optional
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees F
Cut tomatoes in to 1/4 inch slices
Mix bread crumbs, mushrooms and pork together
Add Oliver Oil to bread crum mixture and squeeze mixture into tomatoes

Place on cooking sheet and drizzle olive oil over all tomatoes

Place n oven for about 15 minutes....when tomatoes have softened and oil is sizzling.

Serve hot
