2 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. pureed pumpkin
2 1/4 c. flour
1 T. pumpkin pie spice
1 t. baking soda
1/2 t. salt
1 c. fresh cranberries
1/2 c. walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Chop cranberries and walnuts coarsely. Combine
eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin in mixer. Combine dry
ingredients in seperate bowl. Stir into egg mixture just
until moist. Add cranberries and nuts. Spoon into two
greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 dgrees for 60 minutes.
