3/4 stick margarine
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup pecan pieces
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vinegar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup coconut
1 unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Blend margarine, sugar, salt, eggs, coconut, raisins, pecans, and vinegar. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serve warm.
