1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
11/2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 stick melted margarine
1 cup water
Pecan pieces (optional)

TOPPING:
1 cup sugar
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 cup cocoa,
1/4 cup milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients as you sift them. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into greased glass dish. Bake at 325 for 20 to 25 minutes.

TOPPING: Mix, sugar, margarine, cocoa, and milk. Bring to boil for one minute. Add 1 tsp. vanilla and nuts (optional). Beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour over cake.
