1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp garlic salt
12 oz tomatoe paste
24 oz cottage cheese
1 tsp salt
16 oz mozzerella cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1 pt tomatoes and juice
14 lasagna noodles
2 beaten eggs
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Brown meet (onion optional) drain grease. Add salts, tomatoes and paste. Simmer uncovered for 30 minutes. Stir occasionally. Cook noodles, rinse in cold water. Combine cottage cheese, eggs and salt. Grease 9x13 pan. Layer 1/2 noodles, meat cottage cheese mixture, armesan and mozzarella. Repeat. Let stand for atleast 15 minutes or overnight. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
