1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 Tbsp flour
1 green pepper cubed
1 can (10 oz) beef broth
1 can (16 oz) pineapple chunks
3 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup vinegar
2 Tbsp pineapple juice
2 tsp salt
2 eggs
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 cup white sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make meatballs of beef, pepper and salt. Make batter of eggs and flour. Dip balls into batter. Brown lightly (cook 8-10 min) in fry pan with a little oil. When finished cooking, reserve 2 tbsp of the oil.
Mix sugar, cornstarch, soy sauce, pineapple juice, oil and vinegar, set aside.
Heat beef broth.
Before broth boils add above mixture. When shinny, add balls and simmer about 10 minutes. Add peppers and pineapple cubes. Cover and simmer for 5 more minutes.
Serve with Rice.
