1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. dry red wine
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. oregano
5 chicken breasts or 2 lbs. pork tenderloin
4 pita pockets
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
1/2 red onion, sliced or diced
1 plum tomato, diced
Yogurt sauce (tzaki)

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together olive oil, wine, garlic, and oregano in a baking dish; add chicken or pork and turn to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 1 to 4 hours. Remove meat and pat dry; season with salt and pepper. Grill chicken or pork and cut into strips. Follow instructions on package of pita bread. Fill each pita with meat, spinach, and onions and a few spoonfuls of yogurt sauce; add tomato.
