2 cups self-rising flour
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 cups Wesson oil
4 beaten eggs

Directions:
Directions:
2 cups finely grated carrots
Sift together dry ingredients and add oil, eggs, and carrots. Mix well. Bake in a 13 x 9 greased and floured pan at 350 for about 40 minutes or until firm in center.
