2 lbs. tater tots (or rounds)
2 lbs. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
2 10 3/4 oz. cans cream soup (mushroom, celery, or your choice)
3 c. grated cheese
1 12 oz. can evaporated milk

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and onion. Drain. Mix soup and milk together. Set aside some cheese to sprinkle on top and add the rest of the cheese to the soup mixture. Place tater tots in a 9x13 pan, followed by the beef/onion mixture, then the soup mixture. You can embellish with a vegetable of your choice. Sprinkle the top with reserved cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
