2 pie crusts
1 1/3 lb. hamburger
8 oz. green chiles
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
1 medium onion, chopped
1 jar salsa
1 egg, separated

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Drain. In pie crust layer half the green chiles, hamburger, salsa and cheese. Repeat once more. Cover with second pie crust. Brush the top of the crust with egg white. Bake at 375 degrees until golden brown. Serve in slices.
