1 8oz container Cottage Cheese
3 eggs
1/4 lb American Cheese (5 slices)
1/4c butter
1 10oz pkg frozen spinach chopped
3 T flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese and eggs. Cut American cheese and butter into coarse pieces. Add to cottage cheese and eggs. While still frozen, cut spinach into irregular pieces with a knife. Add to mixture. Add flour, stir until well blended. Pour into a well greased 1 1/2 qt baking dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
