1 1/2lbs medium mushrooms, washed and drained
1/2 lb Italian sausage
1/2c Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/4c seasoned bread crumbs
Parsley, fresh, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Remove mushroom stems and chop. Brown sausage over medium heat. Remove sausage and drain on a paper towel. Remove all but 2 Tbsp of drippings from skillet. Cook stems in the hot drippings over medium heat. Stir frequently and cook until tender about 10 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and stir in sausage, cheese, and crumbs. Fill mushroom caps with mixture. Place on a baking sheet (with raised edges). Bake 15 minutes at 450. Garish with parsley.
