4 ripe bananas
1 T. lemon juice
2 T. packed brown sugar
2 T. unsweetened desiccated coconut
3/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Peel bananas, cut in half lengthwise. In baking dish large enough to hold them in single layer, arrange bananas. Sprinkle with lemon juice. In small bowl combine brown sugar, coconut and cinnamon; sprinkle evenly over bananas. Place under hot broiler; broil 3 to 5 minutes or until bananas are golden brown and tender.
