1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T. minced fresh ginger root
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (to taste)
1/2 tsp. sesame oil
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 c. sesame seeds

Directions:
Directions:
In shallow dish large enough to hold chicken breasts in single layer, combine soy sauce, ginger root, hot pepper sauce and sesame oil. Add chicken breasts to marinade, refrigerate, covered up to 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken breasts from marinade, shaking off excess. Lay chicken breasts on nonstick or lightly oiled baking sheet. sprinkle evenly with sesame seeds. Bake in 400 F oven 15 minutes or until juices run clear when chicken is pierced with a toothpick. Do not overcook, chicken should be moist.
