Ingredients:  
1 lb ground beef
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T onion, finely chopped (or 1 tsp onion salt)
1/2 tsp salt
dash pepper
1/2c water
1/4c Minute Rice, uncooked
1 T parsley
1 can Tomato Soup
1/2 tsp Worchestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beef, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, rice and 1/4c tomato soup. Mix well. Shape in small balls. Chill 1 hour. Place in skillet sprayed with Pam. Mix remaining soup, worchestershire sauce and water together. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook approximately 40 minutes.
