1-1/2 c milk
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
Touch of garlic salt or granules to taste
1 loaf sourdoough bread, unsliced

Directions:
Directions:
Warm the milk in a saucepan. Blend in cream cheese with spring utensil, keeping heat on medium to avoid scorching. Blend in Parmesean cheese and garlic. Stir until warmed through and slightly thickened. Cut bread into dipping size cubes. Dip and enjoy.
