1 lb. or little more sausage
6 slices bread
6 eggs
2 C. milk
2 C. grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage and drain. Spread in bottom of 9x13 baking dish. (spray w/Pam.)
Break slices of bread over sausage.
Beat eggs, season to taste.
Add milk and pour over tops of bread and sausage.
Top w/grated cheese.
Bake @350 30-35 Minutes.
If grease rises on the top, place 1-2 slices of bread on top to absorb grease. Take off.
(This dish can be frozen and baked later. And can also be made the night before.)
