Ingredients:  
1 pkg. brownie mix & necessary ingredient's for baking in 9x13 pan.
Topping:
1- 12oz. bag milk chocolate chips
3/4 C. smooth peanut butter
1/3 C sifted powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Bake brownie's according to package directions.

Topping:
Microwave on high chocolate chips and peanut butter-about 1 1/2 minutes. Stir well. Microwave about 1 minute more and stir until smooth. spread on hot baked brownies. Cool until chocolate is no longer shiny. Serve at room temp.
