6 medium red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
1 sweet red pepper cut into strips
1 green pepper cut into strips
1 medium onion cut into strips
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 3# broiler/fryer skinned and cut into pieces or six skinned thighs or 4 skinned breasts cut into 4 pieces each.
1# sweet or mild Italian sausage, cut into 1" pieces.

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange potatoes and peppers and onions in bottom of greased 13x9x2" baking dish.
Combine the seasonings and sprinkle 1/3 of seasoning mixture over the vegetables.
Layer chicken pieces and sausage over vegetables and sprinkle remaining seasoning mixture on the meat.
Cover tightly with foil.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
Uncover, reduce heat to 375 degrees and bake 30 minutes longer or until chicken is nicely browned.
