1 medium mango, diced
1 cup fresh peaches, diced
3 Tbsp. red onion, chopped
1 small fresh jalapeņo, chopped (seeds and ribs discarded)
1/4 cup snipped cilantro
2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. grated lime zest (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients together, and serve with Aunt Joanie's Mahi Mahi, grilled salmon, or any other fish, or chicken.

Remember to wash your hands immediately after preparing the fresh jalapeņo, taking care not to touch your face or eyes! You could also use gloves.
