1 yellow cake mix 4-5 cups cut up rhubarb 1 pint whippping cream 1 1/2 cup sugar
Make cake mix according to package directions and pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Add sugar to rhubarb, mix well. Carefully drop cut up sugared rhubarb over cake batter and distribute evenly. Slowly pour cream over rhubarb. Bake at 350º for 1 hour
