2 cups chicken, diced and cooked or 3, 5 oz. cans chicken, diced
1, 16 oz. can peas and carrots, drained
1, 10 1/2 oz. can condensed cream of celery soup
1 tsp. onion, minced
1 c. buttered, herb seasoned stuffing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
1. Combine chicken, vegetables, soup and onion in a 2 qt. baking dish.
2. Spread stuffing mixture over top.
3. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
