1c Ritz Crackers, crushed
1/4c plus 2T Parmesan Cheese
1 T Parsley Flakes
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Dash garlic powder
2 1/2 to 3 lbs Chicken, skinned
1/2c margarine melted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients and stir mixture. Rest chicken with cold water and pat dry. Dip chicken in butter and dredge in cracker crumbs. Place chicken on a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake 350 for 1 hour.
