2lb bag frozen Hashbrowns, thawed
1 pint low fat sour cream
1 can cream of Mushroom Soup (or your choice)
6 eggs lightly beaten
1 lb hot sausage, browned and drained
1/4 tsp pepper
Diced or minced onion to taste
1/2c margarine, melted

Combine all ingredients. Bake 350 uncovered.
