2 10-oz pkgs frozen chopped spinach
2 8-oz pkgs nonfat or low-fat cream cheese softenend
1 samll onion, finely chopped
1 medium carrot, finely chopped
2 Tbsp milk
2 Tbsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare spinach as directed on package. Drain well!! In bowl combine spinach and remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

This is the best recipe I have found. I use with veggies, crackers, pita. Mom gets fancier and fills a round loaf of bread with the dip...now I do that, too.
