ziploc bag 2 eggs cheese ham onion green pepper salsa your preference for omelet
Crack 2 eggs into quart size ziploc bag. Shake to combine them. Add what ever you like in an omelet (Cheese, onion, green pepper, etc) Ziploc bag tight making sure you get the air out. Place the bag in rolling, boiling water for exactly 13 minutes. Open the bag and omelet will roll out easily.
