3 c. cooked chicken breast, diced 2 c. cooked orzo pasta, cooled 2 c. pineapple chunks, drained 1 c. toasted cashews 2 c. seedless grapes 2 c. celery 1 c. mayonnaise 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp curry powder 1 tsp salt
Combine ingredients and chill one hour. Serve over lettuce.
